Analysis of cluster drive includes call drop,Handoffs from 3G to 3G,3G to 2G,and 2G to 3G EcNo,RSCP,MTX,BLER etc
Having knowledge of HSDPA and HSUPA technologies,TTI,Iub,Iur etc.
Pilot pollution detection and KPI analysis for accessibility, retainability and coverage.
Drive Test of 3G Coverage and Quality, Call Event Analysis (Voice / Video / PS / HSDPA), Handover Analysis, and Missing Neighbor Analysis (3G-3G, 3G-2G, 2G-3G) using post-processing tool –ACTIX.

RF Drive Tester Domain. Currently working as a Drive test Engg in,GTL AirTel Project,under NSN Kolkata(west bengal).
Responsible for Drive Test (Pre Drive, Post Drive) for Swap and new sites.
Responsible for Analyzing Interference, Call Drops, Handover failures, Rx Quality and Rx Level etc.
Widespread knowledge of telecom test equipments such as : Map Info Professional 8.0,8.5 and TEMS INVESTIGATION 8.03 Data Collection By Ericsson, Genex Probe 1.52,1.53 and Genex Assistant 1.52,1.53.

To check the coverage of radio cells & compare it with coverage prediction. Verify the drive test parameters, defined by the operator.
Responsible for physical optimization like planned azimuths, swapping, tilts, planned heights.
