Process Manager - Equity Research - 2 positions
To lead two or more teams, supervise and review work done by the team members on a daily basis complying with SLA’s, deliverable deadlines and business rules as defined by the client.

Experience : 6-10 years (relevant) or as desired
Reporting relationship : This position reports to Delivery Manager and above
Location : Bangalore

The key Responsibilities include :

* Supervision of day-to-day operations and work done by all the team members
* Effectively handle customer queries and escalations and try to solve them as per the stated business rules and SLA
* Responsible for maintenance of SLA and deliverable deadlines for the team and the process
* Periodic review of the process for SLA Deliverables
* Periodic review of the process for new initiatives and process improvements
* Review progress of projects and escalate all issues the DU heads or Process Managers
* Interfacing with customers on a periodic basis and aim at customer satisfaction
* Effectively Managing and Motivating the team members and periodically review performance and correct deviations if any
* Conduct requirement studies and understand the requirements of the customers while managing and executing the process
* Participate in Pre-sales activities if required by the prospective client
