* Ability of work with global clients and address production support issues on DBA
* L2 and L3 level capability to perform activities on Oracle 9i, 10G domain
* L3 level skill sets in Unix platform
* Should be able to plan, deploy and track change management and problem management processes
* Ability to manage the project and team will be preferred
* Should be familiar with remote management tools and technology
* Build and apply practice improvements for the production support
