Informatica Administrator - 1 position
Designation : Sr. Software engineer
Experience : 2 - 4 years
Location : Bangalore

Job description :

* Maintain Informatica systems as assigned by checking the server logs, pager/email for any alerts on the system
* Be available on problem calls when needed for Informatica
* Check Peregrine ticket queue and respond to and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Administer Informatica with routine maintenance and fixes whenever necessary
* Deploy application or system changes to any of these Informatica servers as requested by change request or by the team lead or manager
* Tune applications and system parameters and help fix application issues as needed
* Support batch job runs and fix problems with batch as needed
* Generate procedures/documentation whenever necessary
* Ability to support all different level of clients
* Must be able to work with DBAs in order to fix problems with Informatica as required
* Informatica administration skills on UNIX platform at L2 level - Mandatory
* Experience of working in a production environment
