1) LEDER FABRIC LIMITED : KANPUR (1980-1989)
As trainee for one year and then promoted as Assistant Production in Charge for the production of cow upper, cow lining, goat lining and goat gloving.

2) HOE LEATHERS LIMITED :HYDERABABD (1989-1999)
As Production Manager, I was responsible for the production of F/Cr. Goat Suede, S/Cr. Goat Suede, Domestic sheep nappa, NZ lamb nappa (from Pickle to Finishing) & also cow upper, goat glaze upper, lining shrunken article, crunch article, crackle pull-up, etc. I am also used to do planning to meet the export schedule to the turn over Rs. 300 millions per annum. Also the job involved the production and quality control to meet the requirements of the buyer and settlement in labour dispute of work force of 350 workers.

3) CLARIANT INDIA LTD :-AMBUR-TAMIL NADU & KOLKATA(1999-2005)
As the Customer service Manager, I am responsible for developing buisness at the customer to achieve the growth of 20% in sale providing technical and commercial services to the customer. I was responsible to forecast the requirement of chemicals co-ordinate with manufacturing side to meet the supply and provide the required ecology solution to overcome Cr.- VI problem, HCHO and Phenol free and other health hazard chemicals free leather as per the need of the buyer and other stringent ecological norms.

Laboratory experiences : I have the knowledge in testing leather chemicals appliction in the laboratory before launching for marketing and developing new articles for the customer as per the demand of their buyer.

4) KARIM LEATHERS LIMITED :(2005-2009), DHAKA, BANGLADESH
As finishing incharge, I was responsible for the finishing cow upper, cow softy, cow garment nappa, cow burnish upper, cow pull up upper, cow polish upper, cow aniline, cow lining, cow printed, cow crazy horse and different antiques, different articles, etc. I am responsible to procure the chemicals, cost analysis of the individual products. I am also fully responsible to control the work force of finishing section. As I have the thorough knowledge from beam house to finishing. I am also guiding the beam house technician as well as the dye house technician to process as per the end product reuirement time to time.
