Details of the job:
Body Assembly
Door, Hood, Fender and LCD - fitment & adjustment, maintain SPC documents, grinding and Buffing process.
MIG welding
Known about settings of machine & operate. Find the problems and trouble shoot. Well knowledge about the machine.
SPOT welding
Operate the spot welding machine. Known about different types of testing of spot weld.
JIG
Design manual and pneumatic jig

Responsibilities :
Requirements :
* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): repairing surfacedefects paintedbodies.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent. Job role in Production Technician/Operator or equivalent.
