Designation : General Manager (OE-HO GM)
The position will be responsible for formulating innovative Sales strategies as per Corporate Sales (B2B) objectives of the company. The scope of the position spans across India.
Reports To : COO
Job Descriptions :
• Conceptualizing and execution of Annual Budget Plan in coordination with SBU Heads
• Execution of Annual Marketing Campaign
• Plan and implement marketing strategy, including advertising and PR
• Plan and implement sales and customer development and retention programs
• Plan and manage sales and marketing resources according to planned budgets
• Contribute to formulation of policy and strategy as a board member
• Recruit, manage, train and motivate direct reporting staff according to company procedures, policy and employment law
• Maintain administration and relevant reporting and planning systems
• Manage relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales and marketing departments
• Select and manage external agencies
• Manage R&D and add new business development
• Maintain and develop corporate image and reputation and protect and develop the company's brands via suitable PR activities and intellectual property management
• Plan and manage internal communications and awareness of corporate direction, mission, aims and activities
Desired Candidates Profile :
• 12-15 years experience in retail/FMGC/Office Supplies industry of which 5 years handling branch
Education : Graduate preferably M B A.
Compensation: Rs. 12.00 lakhs p.a. CTC + sales/target achievement commission

Accounts Payable :

Account Receivables :

Updation of Purchase Register with regard to quantitative details made during the month, etc as part of report, In coordination with the purchase and factory personnel monthly consumption detail is prepared as part of report.
