Details of the job:
Lead Instrumentation Engineer & Instrumentation Eng with FEED & Detail Engineering
Base in Tunisia

Minimum 5 years experience in engineering and design roles in the sector of Oil & Gas and or Petrochemical industries is required as follows: Background: University/BSc level (study direction: instr & control or electr or process engineering). Minimum requirements:
• Experience and references with DCS migration projects,
• Experience with design/engineering of DCS, ESD and F&GD
• Interface skills with package unit systems,
• Knowledge of process controls, failsafe design aspects, Asset Management Systems, HART protocols,
• Experience with generating control philosophy documents, determine algoritms to enabling programming of DCS software by the System integrator,
• Experience with evaluating DCS design documents provided by vendor,
• Proven experience working with working Access /Excel data bases,
• Proven experience with control and communication networks (servers/network switches/controllers/AmS/firewall/graphic design, etc),
• Knowledge of crude oil and gas production process is essential, evaluating business risks,
• Knowledge of control strategy and control theory (PI/PID/Cascade/spilt range controls/ alarm managements/etc)
• Furthermore proven experience with field instruments, ATEX regulations,
• Generating/Update and interpretation of DCS specifications.
• Interactions with colleges, team worker and being critical in all aspect of the work, especially commercial risk involved with communication to external parties,
• Engish and French spoken is preferred.
