Fluent in English and local language,effective verbal and written communication skills; understanding of business principles,including familiarity with fundamentals and language of financial management; effective and adaptable presentation skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; knowledge of multifaceted health programs, public health/policy background desirable, capabilty of fund raising.
