Candidate should be qualified CS with degree in Law.
Corporate Counsel position directs and manages all legal matters involving the company and to act as in-house legal advisor to the organization. This role will manage a variety of corporate matters including customer terms and conditions, marketing, purchasing and licensing, real estate leasing, Intellectual Property as well as corporate law and governance.
As Corporate Secretary responsible for developing plans for regulatory reporting, administering and enforcing the plan and ensuring that all regulatory reports and requirements are met world-wide.
