For HPCL, Wadala, Mumbai terminal Automation Project. Recommended and supplied 16 Nos. 80mm (3”) size Digital Control Valve (Diaphragm Type instead of Piston Type DCV) against Low pressure opening of valve when existing Piston Type DCV fails. Diaphragm Type DCV is suitable for opening of valve at very low pressure of 1 kg/cm2 due to its double chamber design.
Harcheri, Ratnagiri, MIDC Pipeline Project
Transient modeling for Harcheri, Ratnagiri, MIDC Existing Pipeline Project. Recommended and supplied 1 No. 150mm (6”) size Surge Anticipating Valve near to pumping station for protecting pipeline against upsurge. Also recommended and supplied Air Valves at the mid location of the pipeline for protecting against downsurge.

3) Tara Ultimo Pvt. Ltd. Seepz SEZ, Andheri, Mumbai
Worked as a Production Officer (PPC) from Sept. 2006 to Dec. 2006. Responsible for :
- Planning & Converting sales orders into production orders on SAP/R3 software

This project attempts to introduce a modern technology that can be proved to be effective in seed sowing operation. It is observed that the conventional method requires bullock and skilled operator during peak season for sowing the seed in the right quantity at right distance. Thus, the necessity of skilled operator increases the overall cost of this operation. Hence we are developing a “Low Cost Manually Operated Seed and Fertilizer Drill for Sorghum”;

In the fast trade of life people seldom get time enough for controlling measurement. Here the automatic weighing machine plays it role since no human supervision and effects is required for the measurement. So it is very useful in business concerns like supermarket, Bakeries for mills..
