- This reduces the temperature of the system, So as the cycle time. So the productivity improves.

Description :
This is a development project. The objective is to give the valve a good build quality and industrial look(Aesthetic).
Without affecting the Performance of the valve the components of
the valves are changed to improve the quality by using Pressure
Die Casting process and Injection Molding Process.
Fool proofing design to avoid mistakes while assembling and easy of assembling. This reduces the lead time of the product.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing the development plan, keeping the plan up to date.
- Studying the old product well, understanding the principle of working.
- Making concepts and 3d modeling.
- Presenting the models for approvals.
- Preparing part drawings and outsourcing for making the die.
- Making a schedule for die inspection.
- Receiving the first samples and verification for further improvement.

Description :
The objective is to use the compressed air for operating the packing machine. By replacing the Electric motor with Pneumatic equipments this is achieved.
When electric motor is used the speed is high so reduction gears are used. So there is loss of energy due to friction.
To avoid this, the electric motor is replaced with pneumatic cylinder. This provides power saving, safe operation, compact, improves the speed of the process.

- Preparing the specifications.

- Finalising the Pneumatic Sequence.
