Title : Asst Sales Manager – Key Accounts - LIGHTING
Pay Range : 5 to 8.5 Lacs
Employee cadre : Management
Report to : Directors
Duties and Responsibilities :
1. Develop domestic active sales policy.
2. Increase domestic market share.
3. Set strategy & tactics for acquiring new clients & pitch the brand in the market.
4. Identify and establish business relationships in target business sectors (e.g. Corporate, Hospitality, BPO etc.)
5. Develop awareness of brand and generate demand through active marketing tools
6. Seek approvals and pre-qualifications from government and private customers
7. Handle customer inquiries regarding designs, pricing, and quotations
8. Coordinate with Corporate office on daily activities
9. Responsible for all activities related to execution of orders & achievement of Targets.
10. Performance review of team wrt to sales target assigned.
Requirment, Skills and Abilities :
· Experience : Min 3years in a similar position in a related industry.
· Degree in Engineering with specialization in Electronics is preferred.
· Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
· Computer Literate with good Skills in Microsoft Office & Proficient in the usage of Internet and e-mail.
