We are looking for Inspection Engineer on long term basis at Saudi Arabia. Following are the details regarding the job.

Job designation : - Inspection Engineer

Job location : - Dammam, KSA

Required Candidates : - 3 Inspection Engineer.

Qualifications : - Candidates must be BE (Mechanical)/B-Tech (Mechanical) having minimum 10 yrs of experience in petroleum industry.

Job Type : - Long term one year contract and may be extended further.

Job profile :- Ideal candidate should in past have demonstrated following requirements:-

1.Develops inspection plans and procedures for stationary equipment of all the plants in the complex for routine, shutdown/turnaround, schedules for production department.

2.Establish and monitor on master inspection plan for equipment.

3.Issue regular reports (inspection reports/e-mail feedback) & prepares inspection notifications.

4.Psvs : provide notification to the production on due dates for psv tests and witness the tests/calibrations.

5.Provide cost effective reliability solutions through equipment monitoring, failure investigations, reliability studies and management of change.

6.Troubleshooting assistance for the various problems on stationary equipment / systems.

7.Propose and implement plant reliability improvement systems and programs for the reliability of stationary equipments.

8.Attend unscheduled requests for inspection and provide feedback.

9.Inspection, qa/qc and technical support for the maintenance jobs performed in the field or at in-house or outside workshops. Inspection input to maintenance, as and when required.

10.Failure investigations pertaining mechanical systems : perform investigations on failures of stationary equipment/systems and issue reports.

11.Preparation of repair and quality procedures for stationary equipment/systems. Inspection input / assistance to maintenance for refurbishment / repair of spares.

12.Preparation of work scope for scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns or turnarounds.

13. Inspection coverage during scheduled and unscheduled shutdowns and turnaround jobs. Preparation of the reports.

14. Propose cost reduction programs and projects.

15. Support the hse, and quality objectives.

16. Provide technical advice in the solution of coatings to reduce corrosion & field inspection & checking to verify proper application of coating.

17. Provide technical advice in the solution of concrete foundations cracking.

18. Monitor cathodic protection activities to ensure they are being properly carried out.

19. Direct technical support in piping, stationary and rotating equipment trouble shooting activities.

20. Prepare preventive maintenance programs and long term plans for improving the reliability of mechanic equipment.

This project deals with Army Battle Tank in which it enables the commander to carry out surveillance on the battle field without moving his eyes from the sight and without being disturbed by the motion of the turret at the hill slopes region and desert areas.
