** Preparation of inspection reports for product
** Product,Process and Packing audit at inhouse
** Preparation of quality plan and inspection standards for final product as per Customer requirment
** Prepration of Technical delivery condition for our supplier like foundry etc as per customer requirment
** Painting and plating verification of part
** Ensuring NDT ( RT, PT, UT,MP , etc., ) requirements of customer requirement are complied with as per procedure
** Monitoring final assembly product performance related to quality
** Coordinating with external agiencys for Thrid party inspection

Instrument Knowledge :

** Interacting with production people to drive the action plan for reducing rejection at final assembly

Title of M.Sc., Thesis : “green chemistry: microwave assisted synthesis of dihydropyrimidinones using NH4Cl as an efficient and reusable catalyst” an improved high yielding protocol for the biginelli reaction.
Abstract :
A very simple, very efficient and cost- effective procedure has been developed for the synthetics of dihydropyrimidinones by a solvent - free and ammonium chloride catalyzed, microwave assisted Biginelli’s condensation of aldehyde, 1,3- dicarbonyl compound, and urea. This approach of direct reaction in neat without solvent shows a new direction in green synthesis. This new method has the advantage of excellent yields and shorter reaction times. Also the catalyst can be reused without any reduction in efficiency. Indeed, some of the newer reported methods also suffer from draw backs such as unsatisfactory yield, cumbersome product isolation process and environmental pollution. We report that NH4Cl which is easily available, inexpensive catalyst can be used as an efficient reusable catalyst for Biginelli reaction.

Project Title : Studies on Eco friendly process options for leather processing with the use of neem oil cake powder for Low salt skin preservation

Description : In order to make processes for finishing animal hides or pelts less labor-intensive and more environmentally compatible, a process is proposed in which, following a conventionally conducted soak, the animal hides or pelts are treated with a conventional tanning solution in which carbon dioxide has been dissolved under pressure. This makes it possible to reduce considerably the period of time usually required for the production of leather or pelts, since the treatment period is reduced markedly. Furthermore, it is possible in this way to combine conventional treatment steps and to conduct them in only one single treatment step. Instead of the 20 to 40 t of waste water per tonne of leather or pelt which are customary with conventional processes, only about 2 t of waste water per tonne of leather or pelt are now produced. Besides having a sharply reduced environmental impact, the proposed process is also significantly more economical than conventional processes, owing to the considerably shorter overall processing time.
