Designation : Engineer (Cost Control)

Job Description :
1) Candidate should have good ability to do rate analysis and cost breakdown for various work activities.
2) To estimate and forecast total cost on each category based on current anticipated progress and against approved budget.
3) Analysing the budget based on the current progress and forecasting the total cost for budget purpose.
4) Familiar with the market rates with regard to labours, equipment and materials for the civil construction field.
5) Person should be good at Budget Preparation, review and revision.
6) Person should be Diploma or B.E. (Civil) with 4 to 6 Years of experience in Quantity Surveying and Civil Construction Dept.

Desired Profile :
1) Candidate should have the experience of 4 to 6 years only in highways and roads.
2) Candidate should have the knowledge of cost control, billing, quantity surveying, budgeting.
3) Candidate must have done Diploma (Civil) or B.E. (Civil).
4) Candidate willing to relocate to hyderabad may also apply.
