Job Description :

Efficiently manage the maintenance of the equipment at installations and ensure zero breakdown with zero accidents and enhanced reliability of the sites
Carry out predictive and preventive maintenance jobs at gas, bulk installations and on-sites.
Diagnose faults.
Follow a set preventive maintenance schedule.
Controlling maintenance tools and equipment.
Communication with maintenance engineer.
With customer to understand nature of complaint and to communicate remedies

Desired Profile :
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with maintenance experience
Logical concept of dissembling and assembling of various parts of mechanical equipment like pumps, compressors, pressure regulators, pipelines, various types of valves, check valves, safety valves, pressure vessels, flanges, brass and SS fittings.
Acquaintance of thread sizes, pipe sizes etc.
Having worked on mechanical rotary machines like pumps, compressors.

Experience : 2 - 6 Years
