(06 weeks) During this period, I gained experience on the working principals of Rings. The main objective was to increase the profit margins by reducing the wastage in grinding. This was done by removal of chips from cutting fluid after grinding through electromagnetic separation and thus improving the grinding technique.
2. Asmetech Engineers Pvt. Ltd June’10 - July’10 (06 weeks) During this period, I gained working experience on AUTOCAD. The project involves the designing of the heat exchangers and plant layout using AUTOCAD in the industry. Also, learned about structure designing.

Electromagnetic Induction Brakes Final Year Presently engaged in a Research Project on “Electromagnetic Induction Brakes” under the guidance of Dr. BP Bandhoopadhyay (HOD, Mechanical Engineering Department, BBDIT) and Dr. Yogesh Gupta (Prof, Mechanical Engineering Department, BBDIT). The main aim of the project is to increases braking efficiency by reducing the effective distance to stop the vehicle. A promising way is by using stepper motor, a supplementary type of transmission brakes, can be promoted.
2. Quasistatic Engine IIIrd Year Have done a project on “Quasistatic Engine” under the guidance of Dr. Yogesh Gupta (Prof, Mechanical Engineering Department, BBDIT). In this project, working model for the Quasistatic engine has been studied and seminar has been presented.
