Engineering Degree Holders in Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Telecommunication, Communication, Telecommunication, Mechanical, Computer Science, Computer Science and Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ Chemical Engineering disciplines only from AICTE approved Colleges may only apply.
Engineering Degree holders in other disciplines need not apply.

2. Human Resources Discipline :
Total Number of Posts - 5
Qualification :
MSW/MBA (2 years full-time with specialization in HRM/Personnel Management and Industrial Relations) / Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma (2 years fulltime) in HRM / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from a recognised University / Institute / Post Graduate Degree qualification in Human Resources Management.

All the 158 posts are for BEL Units & Offices located in different parts of the country.

Reservations & relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD will be as per Government directives.

AGE LIMIT : AS ON 01.04.2010
The maximum age limit for General candidates as on 01.04.2010 will be 25 years.

METHOD OF SELECTION :
Selection will be through written test and interview of shortlisted candidates based on performance in the written test.
Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria and whose online application is accepted are required to log on to the website and enter their application no. to access and download their written test call letter. Candidates are required to print the call letter and comply with the instructions indicated therein. Please note that call letters will not be sent through e-mail or through conventional mail.
Candidates, whose applications are accepted through the process of submission of online applications, are eligible to attend the written test at the respective centre. The call letters will be uploaded on the website on 12.06.2010 at 1400 hours (tentative).

THE WRITTEN TEST WILL BE HELD ON 27.06.2010 : (Sunday)
The written test will be held at Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Guwahati centres. Candidates should choose the test centre nearest to their place of correspondence.
The written test will consist of Objective type questions from basic Engineering subjects/HR subjects, in the respective disciplines / specialisations and General Aptitude. The list of candidates short-listed in the written test for interview, will tentatively appear on the BEL website. They will be required to appear for an interview for final selection. The results of selection will be available on the BEL website through query mode

Send the duly completed Print Version of Online Application Form having Auto Generated Application No. to Post Box No.3076, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 so as to reach on or before 23.05.2010. Application Process will be completed only on receipt of duly completed Print Version of Online Application Form alongwith Demand Draft.
Admit Card of only those candidates will be uploaded whose application form has reached Post Box No.3076, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 by 23.05.2010.
