Qualifications :
. Minimum 3+ years experience working on BPM projects.
. Minimum 5 years experience working on development or deployment components of large projects .
. Experience with the use of Frameworks will also be an asset.
. Experience integrating BPM with Content Management systems will be an asset.
. Strong leadership and excellent people skills.
. Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate highly technical concepts to our Business partners.
. Solid decision-making, innovation and creativity in solving problems, resolving conflicting requests and meeting project requirements.
. Flexible and able to adapt to change easily.
. Proven track record with distributed application development / integration.
