    Desired Candidate Profile :
    • To Handle and coordinate with site supervisors for the timely completion of the works like flooring, false ceiling, AC ducting etc for the upcoming retail stores within the stipulated period. Includes : Solving the problem related to sites, etc.
    • To check and clear the purchase orders for the material required for new opening stores (retail stores).
    • To develop new vendors (suppliers) for the various requirements i.e. modules, electrical items, ceiling material etc. required at our new opening stores.
    • To follow up with vendors regularly for the timely delivery of material as per the terms and conditions of our purchase order.
    • To inform the Accounts department for the release of the payment of the vendors as per the terms and conditions of P.O.
    • To explain and satisfy the queries of Internal & Statutory auditors regarding the purchases made by the organization.
    • To look after the maintenance deptt. for the problems solving related to material, servicing etc.

    Job Description :
