We are looking for Fresh Graduates/Under Graduate/MBA to work for us as a HR Executive/Sr. HR Executive/ Team Leaders for our office located in East of Kailash (South Delhi)

Desired Candidate will be : -

Any Male/Female confident & sharp with Average communication Skills (We can provide basic training)
0-1 years of exp in HR (Fresher may also apply)
Candidate near by South Delhi will be given preference.
Person from BPO/Call center seeking career in HR may also apply.

Job Profile : -

1. Short-listing profiles from various Job sites, based on the requirements in specific skills considering candidates\' skill set and experience.
2. Calling suitable candidate & explaining them about available openings & sending their profiles to the concerned companies.
3. Conducting walk-ins.

4. Client interaction over the phone taking requirement & making sure to close them with in the stipulated time frame.

5. Report to the Team Leader & Director of the company

6. Helping Team leader to achieve individual & group targets.
