#Project 2 : Industrial Project in Fexilon, Bangalore
Meshing Of Fork Lift Assembly
Software Tools : Hypermesh ®
Description :
- A carriage carrying, load-engaging fork is mounted for movement on the movable uprights.
- The movable uprights and carriage can be selectively elevated to retrieve or place loads as desired.
- Before analyzing the model meshing is the major criteria. In my project the Meshing of the Fork Lift Assembly was carried out using Hypermesh 9.0 in the meshing.
- The connectors, Solid Meshing, Surface Meshing were carried out in the limited period of time.
#Project 3 : Industrial Project in Fexilon, Bangalore
Analysis of Industrial Material Handling Mechanism
Software Tools : Hypermesh ®, Optistruct ®
Description :
- Industrial Material Handling is the process of transporting the bulk loads from one place to another by using the transport vehicle.
- Meshing and Analysis of the Industrial Material Handling Mechanism will be carried out using Hypermesh and Optistruct.
- Linear static Analysis and Buckling load Analysis has been done on the given model. Elemental Stress, Displacement, Static Elemental stress, Stress due to Force applied and Stress in the mid surface has been analyzed and compared with the available results.

Influence of Turbulence Modeling in Flow through Centrifugal Compressor Impeller Passage
Software Tools : Fluent ®, Gambit ®
Description :
- Aside from the any physical conditions turbulence is inherently three dimensional and time dependent. Virtually all practical flows are turbulent when the Reynolds no. is high.
- In our project CFD analysis using Fluent was carried out on a Centrifugal Compressor Impeller Passage.
- The analysis was carried out using K-- , k-e, and Reynolds stress models. Suitable model will be suggested by comparing the results with available experimental results.
# Project 3 : Academic Mini Project
Design of a Discrete Product Conveying equipments.
Description :
- This project concerned with the selection of the conveyors by considering the various aspects including cost, and design criteria of the conveyors from the first principles.
- Many types of software are available to design any of the mechanical equipment; we didn’t go through that, because we are doing this project to understand the basic criteria of design, in the industrial context.
- This project illustrates the design of the belt and roller conveyor.
