Job Profile -

To assist DGM (HRD) in planning & organizing training programmes.

Assisting and coordinating Meets, Workshops, and all training programmes conducted at RTC.

Co-ordinate induction training programmes, travel schedules, etc. of new batches of GETs / DETs.

Ensure that the training facilities are optimal, including class-room. Responsible for administrative work.

Maintenance and up-keeping of building and furniture and class-room facilities. Planning & organizing self-development programmes for employees and their families.

Arranging Technical / Non-technical / Knowledge Enhancement trainings with the help of in-house faculties.

Organizing Plant visits of students and other visitors coming to RTC.

Providing total guidance and assistance to students who are coming from various colleges and institutions for internship / in-plant training and help them in preparing their project reports.

Good inter personal and communication skills are essential.

Having exposure in Plant Safety training would be an added advantage.
Compensation

RS. 3.0 LACS TO RS 5.0 LACS-HIGHER FOR DESERVING CANDIDATE

Candidate Profile -
Education Qualification : Essential: Diploma /Degree in Engineering from a reputed Govt./Pvt. AICTE approved Institute/University.

Desirable : Diploma in T&D from ISTD or Diploma/PGD in HR would be preferred.

Experience Year : 10-15 years for Diploma and 8 – 10 years for degree holders.
