Position Summary The candidate would have to take up implementation tasks on Nortel voice products. Take onus for all site related activities inline with his capabilities in handling Voice products . He should be able to handle Site support

He would be reporting to the Manager Projects for all site related activities.

Has to have an experience of atleast 3 years on Nortel Voice Products.Job Responsibilties
Ensure Proper Documentation of the Site, i.e Process wise documentation

Ensure Proper storage of documentation and housekeeping

Inventory Management

Complaint Management

Ensure Backups for all components are stored and archived as per policy

Proactively Follow up and ensure resolution of cases in co-ordination with seniors and onsite FMS team.

Ensure Proper escalation of technical/HR related issues to the seniors

Ensure Technical evaluation of all onsite issues before escalating the same

Requirements :


a) Experience
3 + Years

Nortel Voice exp

Post Sales

Nortel SCCS, CS1000S/CS100M, Meridian 61C/81C/11C, Symposium TAPI, symposium web client, CS1000 Voip implementations
b) Qualification
BE/ Diploma in either electronics or electronics and Telecom
Fitment in the current organizational structure
Reporting to Manager Projects
