(Foreign Currency Inward Remittances) Jr Officer (Reporting to Dy Manager) Processing
Inward remittances
- Downloading the inward remittances from Swift (MT103).
- Preparation of remittances processing file(Br Info) for Mumbai & rest of maharashtra , Gujarat & Rajasthan.
- Checking of disposal mails and acting upon it as per the Br requests and standing instructions.
- Reporting of remittances to bank treasury dept for obtaining currency wise conversion rates.
- Uploading of customer credits & debits in different systems.
- Passing of necessary supporting Journal Entries in various systems.
- Ensure the monthly & fortnight reports are prepared at time and is reported to the concerned dept , such as RBI reporting , Export desk reporting , RBI fetters , Purchase / sale reports(TEA) , EOD reporting , Monthly MIS Etc.
- Handling of queries related to Inward remittances
