Overview :
We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer to support TIBCO’s Marketing Services organization. The primary responsibilities of this role are to manage and execute projects in support of worldwide corporate marketing initiatives/requests, design and/or maintain marketing assets such as collateral, trade show booth banners, website designs, microsites, static and interactive graphics for presentations, websites, and print.
Based in Pune, this role is an integral part of TIBCO’s Marketing Services organization. The position reports to a manager based in Pune who co-ordinates projects with the global marketing team. This is an excellent position for a dedicated, hard working designer who wants to join a dynamic marketing team that works on worldwide marketing initiatives. This position may also be a good fit for someone currently working for an ad agency or in a corporate marketing division of reputed global organization.

Responsibilities :
* Execute creative graphic and design needs for various marketing requirements
for websites, microsites, landing pages, diagrams, interactive info-graphics, collateral etc.
following strict brand guidelines
* Play a support role in restoring marketing assets and follow naming conventions for global
marketing digital asset repository
* Eye for detail and quality assurance while managing short deadlines
* Coordinate with India and US teams to accomplish assignments
* Effectively project management corporate marketing services initiatives and special projects.

Technical skills :
Hands on and strong proficiency with Adobe design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Flash)

Experience and knowledge :
Specific experience and knowledge required to perform this role competently include,
* 4-5 years of professional experience
* Minimum of one year experience in an advertising agency or corporate marketing
* Very good layout and color sense
* Exposure to latest design trends and best practices
* Knowledge of print production and web optimization is a must
* Must be proficient in Flash –animation and ActionScript
* Experience in video editing will be an added advantage
* Experience working with major US software companies an advantage
* Good verbal and written English skills
* Attention to detail
* Self-motivated
* Ability to multi-task competently
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Desire to be successful and grow within the company

Qualifications :
* Diploma/Degree in Applied Arts preferred
* Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) with good visual design sense can be considered

Description : This system helps to preserve the ACID properties and to achieve concurrency of the transactions by using two-phase locking protocol.
