Job Description :
* Will be responsible for work assignment (resource management), planning and delivering the software components of a project;Preparation of test cases, work assignment to team members.
* Should have excellent communication, organizational, presentation and reporting skills, clear understanding of issues.
* Should be capable of designing/writing and understanding firmware.
* Communicating with customers.
* Responsibilites include code integration and review of deliveries from team members.
* Collating & finalizing documentation from team members.
* Analyzing requirement of Software tools, hardware supplies etc.

Desired Profile :
* Should be expert in C, RTOS
* Knowledge of Metering Protocols.
* Sound knowledge of Communication field – Power Line Communication,/DLC, FSK other communication protocols are plus.
* Strong Experience in various controllers.
* Strong experience on Integration of different modules and debugging. Shall be capable of handling design end to end.
* Strong knowledge of DSP ( Digital Signal Processing).
* Good Leadership qualities.
* Expert in Project management skills and tools.
* Expert in Matlab and Digital Signal Processing.
* Knowledge of SDLC and PDLC , Documentation processes.
* Sound experience of Software architecture design.
* Sound Hardware design and understanding.
