- Working with SAP MM module making of PR, PO, GRN.
- Monitor all inventory activities to ensure accurate reporting and recommend system or process improvement when needed.
- Preparation of all type of MIS as per management requirement (Daily, Weekly, Monthly etc.), related analysis, Preventive/ corrective actions, weekly report, annual report etc.
- Responsible for extend of shift in line of construction / work volume, transfer of DAT from valuated to non valuated plant.
- Responsible for the monthly reconciliation of material issued to contractors. Ensure that the used waybills are sent back to F&A within the stipulated time period.
- Maintaining of inward/out ward master data all various materials & generate of various MIS with excel. Good knowledge of MS office & emailing activity.
- Planning and implementation of receipt of all materials for and handover materials to User’s department within schedule time.
- Follow with vendors for ability of material on priority basis & tracking with transporter.
