    JOB PROFILE
    Time Study and Method Study
    To conduct method study on machines or any other activity. Method improvements are done to get better output prior to time study. Capacity, manpower strength and productivity has calculated from time standards and informed to concerned depts..
    Plant and machinery layout
    Layout proposals are made with advantages and disadvantages, select best layout in consultation with top management and implement. Necessary modifications are made in layout and implemented as and when required.
    Line Balancing
    Proper balancing of manpower is made in weld shop, machine shop and assembly lines at different production levels and models in order to improve efficiency.
    Manpower Calculation
    Manpower requirement for various production shops and indirect shops are calculated at different production levels.
    Capacity calculation
    Capacity of each production shop and individual line is calculated and critical operation in each area is identified.
    Incentive scheme
    Changes and new time standards are studied and monitored accordingly. Proper changes are made in productivity factors which decides incentive amount.

    Proposals
    Various types of proposals are prepared related to manpower, offloading activities, allocation of job to contractor etc. and implemented.
    Material Handling
    Material handling equipments are being modified time to time in order to get proper balancing of production lines, for time saving and easy material transfer from one place to another place. New material handling equipments are planned for new projects and installed.
    MIS Report
    Preparation of MIS report by collecting data of production, consumption, manpower used, dispatch etc and reason for any short falls and submission of same to top management.
    Vendor Quality Control
    * Receiving inspection of Aluminium Castings, Finish Cylinder Head and Cylinder Block, Semifinish parts, inserts etc.
    *Receiving inspection of Sheet Metal parts for Weld Shop and parts for painting, Analysis of deviated parts received from Vendor and action for counter measure at Vendor end. Quality improvement at Vendor end based on feed back received from user departments.
    Market Quality Control (Warranty)
    Analysis of warranty return parts received from dealers from all over India, countermeasure plan and implementation in coordination with various departments and vendor, warranty claim processing and settlement and dealer correspondence.
    Product Quality Improvement
    To conduct product quality improvement meeting in presence of Chairman, prepare minute of meeting and implement the PQI points incordination with R&D, Purchase and other departments.
    Process Audit
    Check Point are prepared based on final inspection defects and market feed back and process audit is conducted in manufacturing shops. Discrepancy noticed during process audit is discussed with concerned department for taking corrective action and informed to top management.
    Production Planning & Control
    * Planning of EOT cranes of various capacity at New Standard Engineering Company Limited Mumbai. It includes drawing follow-up, material requirement calculation, material indenting and follow-up, purchase of Steel plate, Steel round bar and castings, machine shop and vendor follow-up, project monitoring and implementation.
    * Daily production plan for scooter and plan for production shops like Press shop, Weld shop, Paint shop, Machine shop and Engine assembly, weekly plan and monthly plan. Follow up with Purchase, Store and concerned shops to achieve the plan.
    Project
    * Worked in "New Scooter Project". The project work include design and fabrication of new assembly jigs and fixtures, conveyor hanger design and fabrication, method study and time study and line balancing.
    * Worked in ISO-9002 implementation cell. We have done the documentation of different clauses of all sections, apex manual, specific manuals and implementation of the same. Also assist external auditor from TUV during his audit. I have got internal auditor certificate from TUV.
