Finance Manager & Company Secretary :
CA and CS with 12 to 15 yrs experience in a manufacturing industry line. He should be well versed with the provisions of SEBI, Central Excise, Sales tax, Income tax, and handling of public issue. Should have experience in dealing with banks and financial institutions. Should have good exposure in computerized accounting system and responsible for introducing systems and procedures for effective functioning of Finance, Accounts and Secretarial Depts.

Manager/DY. Manager/ (Accounts) :
CA with 10+ years experience in a manufacturing sector in finance & accounts. He should be thorough in dealing with Banks, Central Excise, Income tax, Sales tax and should be familiar with computerized accounting system.

Draftsman :
Diploma Engg. In Civil/Mechanical with 8 to 10 yrs experience as Draftsman in a Cement Plant. Candidate should be proficient in AutoCAD and be able to Design Civil Foundations, Machinery Drawings as required for Cement Plant.

Steno Secretary :
Graduate, with typing / shorthand having 4 to 6 yrs experience as Steno Secretary in a reputed organization. Should be proficient in MS Office, capable of handling correspondence, preparing minutes, filing of documents, attending to business calls, receiving, processing and replying to E mails, making ticket and travel arrangements.

Accounts/Purchase/Personnel Assistants/Time Keepers :
Graduate with 4 to 6 yrs experience in respective fields in a reputed organization having good working knowledge of computer.

Front Office Assistant :
Graduate with 3 to 5 years experience in a reputed organization capable of handling EPABX , handling incoming and outgoing correspondence , good communication skills, MS Office, taking care of E mails, attending to customers queries, taking care of stationery, fax incoming and outgoing messages. Degree/Diploma in Mining Engg. holding First Class Mines Certificate of Competency with 10+ years of experience in operation and development of fully mechanised large opencast limestone mines .Should be fully conversant with all statutory requirements.

Manager /Asst. Manager (Power Plant) :
Graduate/Diploma (Elec.) Engg. with 8 to10 years experience in Installation, Commissioning, Operation and maintenance of 15 MW to 45 MW Thermal based Power plant.

Dy. /Asst.Manager (Mines) :
Degree/Diploma in Mining Engg., holding 1stclass/2nd class Mines Manager’s Certificate of Competency with 8+ years experience in Operation and Development of fully Mechanised large Open Cast Limestone Mines. Should be fully conversant with all statutory requirements/ Government guidelines

Asst. Manager/Officer (Safety) :
Graduate in Mechanical/ electrical Engg with 8 to 12 years experience in heavy engineering industry along with Diploma in Safety & O.H. Should be coversant with all safety measures as per the Factories Act as well as capable of identifying unsafe acts to maintain safe working environment in the plant. Also conduct risk assessment at the working areas along with safety audit and training on safety.

Asst. Manager (Elec./Mech./ Instrumentation) :

Asst. Manager(Pers)/Personnel Officer :
Graduate with PGDPM&IR/MSW having 10 to 12 years of Experience in a large manufacturing Industry. Persons working in Cement Industry will be given preference. Candidate having degree in law will be added advantage and will be responsible for implementation of company’s personnel policies, Industrial Relations, payroll, Time Office, Statutory compliances, liaison with local/governmental bodies.

Engineers(Mech /Elec. /Instrumentation /Civil.
Graduate/Diploma Engg. in the relevant discipline having 6 to 8 years experience in Erection, Commissioning and Operation of a Cement plant. For Civil position experience in construction of Cement Plant is preferred.

Asst. Engineer/Engineer( Thermal Power Plant) :
Graduate/Diploma in Electrical Engg having 8 to 10 yrs experience in Operation and Maintenance of Thermal Power Plant Capacity of 25 MW and above. Industrial experience will be given preference.

Stores Officer :
Diploma in Engg or Graduate in any discipline with P.G diploma in material management having 8 to 10 years experience in maintenance of stores in a large heavy engineering industry controlling inventory and stores management .Preference will be given to the candidates working in the cement industry.

Welfare Officer :
Graduate with PGDPM& IR/ MSW having 8 to 10 years experience in a large manufacturing industry. The Candidate will be responsible to look after the welfare activities .Preference will be given working in the Cement Industry.

Security officer/Asst Security officer :
Candidate should be an Ex-army or civilian with 8 to 10 years of Industrial experience in a large manufacturing firm organizing security/Watch & ward functions. Monitor the inward and outward movement of finished goods. Manning of entry/exit movement of persons/vehicles .The candidate will be responsible for round the clock security. Vigilance for making safety and security arrangements for the factory and township.

Foreman/Supervisors/Technicians :
Candidate with ITI in the trades of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil and automobile having 8 to 10 years experience in the cement Industry.

Foreman-Mines :
