Professional Experience :
Presently working as a Dell Support Engineer in Wipro InfoTech, Delhi through N.H Info Media Pvt. Ltd (from July 2008 to till date)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY :
- Responsible for attending calls regarding Laptop, Desktop, Workstation, & Server.
- After attending the call update in dell if any Hardware part is required.
- Responsible for attending calls from Clients regarding server, workstation & Escalation
- Installing Workstations, Servers, Network Services and Peripherals.
- Maintenance & updating of Asset ( In Computer)
- Sending the call Report to co-coordinator after attending the call.
- Sending service satisfaction Mail to customer.
- Doing proper follow-up with Dell Technical Support till call closing.
