** To make 2D & 3D design and drafting of Tractor components & Transmission System for Tractor Model DI-460. Gear box & differential System.
** Designing & Drafting of transmission system. For Back Hoe-Loader Model BL-250.(Synchromesh Type Gear Box, differential system)
** Designing & Drafting of Double Reduction Planet (Epicyclic) Gear Box for Harvester Track combine.
** Responsible for maintains the system, documentations of Design components, related to ISO 9001-2000 & external audit.
** Working closely with Production, Servicing and Q.A. department to assure proper functioning of products.
** Interaction with vendors during development of various components.
** Prototype development and testing.
** Responsible for taking corrective & preventive action related to New Development project & any failure, customer complaint & new modification in our Exiting product.
** Responsible for checking & approval the final drawings. Related to New development & production.
** Presently working on All Forward All Reverse, 15 speed forward, & 12 reverse, & 4WD, Collar Shift, type Transmission System for New Tractor model.
