WORK EXPERIENCE :
I have been working as a Sr.Technical Executive, with Design Department of Gear Division, Elecon Engg. Co. Ltd., Vallabh Vidhya Nagar, since July-2008. The Elecon Engg. Co. Ltd. is one of the large Engineering Industry engaged in Design, Development & manufacturing of bulkmaterial Handling equipments and industrial gear boxes.
Primary Functions/ Job Profile :
Responsible for co-ordination and timely delivery of complete design documentation activities related to the Engineering release of a product. It is assigned responsibility for a total project or part of a project within a given product line.

The Project includes :
- Calculations of ratings for gear tooth geometry, Shaft design, Foundation loads
- Bearing selections & Bearing life calculations
- Calculations of Oil Flow Rate Required in Forced Lubrication System
- Design of fabricated housing and assemblies of custom made gearboxes
- Development of 3D models of the same with Pro/Engineer
- Preparation of General Arrangement Drawings for Clients' Requirements
- Creation of Manufacturing drawings
- Preparation of Advanced Material Procurement & Bill of Materials
