Wanted a production supervisor for a juki-machine GARMENT stitching plant based in the Sanwer Road Industrial Sector of Indore. The garments produced are ladies ethnic wear (Kurti/salwar).

The job profile will be as follows:
Planning and cordinating production,
preparing daily production report and submitting it to the plant manager,
direct dealing with the line supervior and then the stitching operators,
meeting the deadlines for despatch,
making sure that there remains no bottlenck in the production line,
taking a note that all the manpower is doing the job effectively and efficiently.

Minimum experience of 5 years in a garment manufacturing facility as line-supervisor or similar post,
a NO-OBJECTION certificate/ Charecter certificate from the past employer.

We are recruiting a candidate for the post of production supervisor for our manufacturing facility. The candidate will have to look after the following matters:
1) He wll have to set the production flow,
2) Make the sample easy for production by using all tools and technology,
3) Concentrate on efficiency without compromising quality,
4) Make sure the delivery dates are met,
5) Create a friendly and healthy enviornment within the organisation,
6) Bring in and follow effective & time saving systems at every step of the fatory,
7) The canddate should know how to handle indivisuals & situations efficeintly,
8) The candidate should be high on moral,
9) The candidate should have experience of working in plant of upto 50 machines.
10) Candidate to have a minimum experence of 7 years in the same line.
