    The customers are the integral part of the Agro Based Industries. Any satisfaction and dissatisfaction among customers will certainly affect the company's affairs. Thus it is essential to identify the customer preference towards the Products of Agro Based Industries.

    CAPOL Introduction :
    “Coromandal Agro Products and Oils Limited” (CAPOL) is one of the agro based industry mainly produces edible and non Edible oils seeds products. Cottonseed oil is the one of the major product in CAPOL industries.
    This project is intended to analyze the company's growth in relevance of understanding customer’s preference, economic and industrial factors. Project analyses give a detailed study about the future prospectus of the cottonseed oils.
    Contribution : Carried out a detailed Analysis in the areas of CHIRALA & NARASARAOPET on the usage and satisfaction of CAPOL Products.

    Analysis includes :
    - Customer preference towards Cottonseed oil, customer attitude towards CAPOL oil.
    - To determine why CAPOL is successful when compared with other competitors.
    - To evolve an inference that emerged from the study and to offer suitable suggestion for effective marketing
    - To find the satisfaction level of customers using CAPOL cottonseed oil as cooking oil with respect to its availability, packing, taste and health.
