Project Name :Construction of 6/8 lane access controlled expressway as outer ring road to Hyderabad city phase-I (Gachibowli to shamshabad) in state of Andhra Pradesh, India
Contract No :Package No.II from km 11 to 24.380.
Consultant : M/s BCEOM- Aarvee(JV).
Project value : INR 500 Crs.
Responsibilities :
- Be aware of all Laboratory testing of all material including concrete and bitumen.
- Monitoring 2 batching plants. Hot mix plant and WMM plant.
- Monitoring FDD and core cutting teams Daily basis.
- Concrete cube crushing tests on daily basis

2.a) Contractor : M/s Wade Adams Contracting L.L.C.
Client : Dubai Industrial City, Phase-1, Roads & Infrastructure, Contract 3&4.

Project value : AED 80 Million.
Responsibilities :
- Be aware of all aspects of the project quality requirements and the project quality plan.
- Be aware of the requirements of the Laboratory testing plan.
- Carry out daily and regular site inspections as defined in method statements, ITP, field control checklists etc...
- Carry out joint inspections with Client/Consultant and obtain approval for materials.
- Raise deficiency and non-conformance reports when required and ensure close out through concerned engineer / project manager. Ensure corrective / preventive action is taken.
- Ensure all testing and monitoring equipment is calibrated.

2. Contractor : M/s Hindustan Construction Company Limited.
Client & Consultant : National Hydro Power Corporation.
Project Value : INR 485 Corers.
Responsibilities :
- Be aware of the requirements of the Laboratory testing plan.
- Execution of construction of Diversion channel to divert indus river, That includes lock wall construction, achorbolts fixing and shortcrete operations
- Execution of formwork fixing as per approved drawings and creating focus for batching plants supply.
- Carry out daily and regular site inspections as defined in method statements, ITP, field control checklists etc....
- Preparation of trail mixes ( for Concrete and shortcrete design mixes) and Handling of batching plants (Capacities 30 cum/hr & 120 cum/hr) by achieving target supply of concrete.
- Execution of concreting through workability tests.
- Oversee proper methods of laboratory testing are followed and proper up to date records are maintained.

3. Consultant : M/s Rail India Technical and Economic Services Limited(RITES)
Project Value : INR 1400 Corers.
Responsibilities :
- Checking surveying data of all survey teams of contractors (Traversing and Topography data by Total station and DGPS).
- Checking all GTS Bench marks carried by survey teams (Auto level).
- Ensure all testing and monitoring survey equipments calibration.
- Coordinating with survey teams for accurate surveying.
- Maintain site order book for record site instructions.
- Maintain proper documentation and day to day correspondence with corporate office.

4. Contractor : M/s Nagarjuna Construction Company Limited (N.C.C.Ltd.,).
Client : Gujarat Water Supply and Sewerage Board (GWSSB).
Consultant : M/s RITES Ltd.
Project value : INR 25 corers.
Responsibilities :
- Be aware of all aspects of the project quality plan and technical specifications.
- Execution of work as per approved drawing and fulfilling the requirements of checklists
- Carry out joint inspections with Client/Consultant for obtaining approval
- Oversee construction of Under Ground sumps and Elevated storage reservoirs by different contractors. Ensure quality of construction as per specifications and approved drawings. Coordinating with contractors and planning the work.
- Preparing R.A.Bills for Client approval and also preparing R.A.Bills of sub contractors for every month.
- Estimating quantities and preparing purchase orders for pipes, cement and reinforcement.
- Preparing fortnight program and submitting to consultant for approval.
- Responsible for maintaining of concrete testing register (testing of fresh and hard concrete.).
- Ensure regular site visits and monitor proper way of pipe line excavation, laying, jointing of pipes, and fixing of air valves, gate valves etc.
- Total responsible for commissioning of all pipe lines, under ground sumps and elevated storage reservoirs.

5. Contractor :M/s Zen Corporation certified builder for Kirby Building Systems.
Responsibilities :
- Be aware of all aspects of approved drawings.
- Execution of pedestal layout preparation and construction as per drawings.
- Ensure correct levels of anchor bolts casting including setting out.
- Measurement book recording for every month bills as per quantity of work done.

6. Consultant : M/s S.E. Consultants.
Responsibilities :
- Preparing estimations of buildings.
- Layout preparations as per drawings. Execution of residential buildings and factory buildings construction.
- Surveying for open land and preparing layout diagrams for colonies.
- Construction of telecommunication tower foundations.
- Preparing longitudinal and cross sections for canal and dam by Auto level.
- Carry out alignment of canals, dams and railways.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS :
Specialized Training in QA/QC Engineers Development Course from NICMAR, Pune, India.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil) from University College of Engineering under Osmania University with Distinction 70.63% marks in 2004.
Diploma in Civil Engineering from Govt Polytechnic College, Hyderabad, India with 60.36% in 1999.
Passed 10th Standard from B.O.S.E., Andhra Pradesh, India with 68.66% marks in 1996.
