    PAYROLL MANAGEMENT :
    - Preparation of Pay roll for all employees
    - Ensure complete elimination of salary discrepancies.
    - Prepare Employee full and final settlements.
    - Handle increments, bonus payment and performance bonus/ incentive payments.

    TIME OFFICE AND LEAVE MANAGEMENT :
    - Establish procedure to monitor working extra time on working days/ weekly offs/ paid holidays etc.
    - Procedure to track down reasons of leaving premises while on duty such as official duty/ personal reason/ leave etc.
