Currently working in MobileComm Technologies (India) Pvt. Ltd. as a RF Engineer.
RF Engineer (DT) for NSN-Vodafone, Bhopal. (Since June 2009)
- Optimization of the network by changing physical parameters like Mechanical & Electrical tilt, Antenna orientation etc for an optimum Coverage & Quality..
- Drive testing using TEMS kit to verify the network performance & major KPIs (Rx Level, Rx Quality, SQI, C/I, C/A, HO failure, Call Drop).
- The activities included foot printing of all the sites in order to control the sites overshoot, Interference Elimination. Finding missing & one way neighbors, coverage holes.
- Used MapInfo to create thematic diagrams to present Rx Level, Rx Quality, and SQI, dropped calls, blocked calls and HO failure.
- Surveys for Macro Sites (RTT/GBT), customer complaints

Project Description :
Unique Identification using RF id is is a better technique to identify any one. In this we hav two units first one is transmitter section and second one is receiver section.for any particular person we generate a code for identification and that code we devolped in assembly language programming. By the help of coding devolopement board we feed the code in the microcontroller and then fixed in the circuitory in this we devlope for limited users as like 4 and 8. Then if that person comes its range then it locating on the display of LCD.
