Details of the job:
- Reconciliation of Bank Statements,
- Auditing of Bills and Payment Vouchers,
- Verification of Bills, Journal Vouchers, Cheque disbursements Vouchers and Payments to creditors,
- Consolidate the Financial Statements,
- Preparing the Purchase Return of all Plants of the co.,
- Checking of Receipts & Payments of related to all Depots,
- Responsibility of handling General Accounting including General Purchase, Raw Material Purchase, Journal Vouchers, Sales etc.
- Verification of vendor’s bills with the PO terms and conditions.
- Verification of customer’s invoice with the terms and conditions in Sales order.
- Verification of sales invoice and sales order on Fortnightly basis..
- Compliances of management instructions and guidelines
- Checking of pending claims of dealers, employees travel claims.
- Collection & issue of Form ‘C’ & Form ‘F’.

- Accounts & Bills Audit of Various Customers.
