    Candidate will be responsible for Recruitment, Execution of Performance Management systems, Facilitating KRAs, Formulation of Policy & Procedures, Designing of Innovative Salary / Designation structure by Market Research & Analysis, Training & Development Initiatives, Strategizing and creating Employee motivation activities, Reward & Recognition system, Implementation of Best HR Practices, Ensuring smooth employee communication, Employee exit & separation.

    Candidate Profile:
    (1) Candidate should be Post Graduate in HR with an experience of 3.5 yrs. with an established organization in the HR and should have good communication and convincing skills.
    (2) Should have Strong knowledge in formulating Systems, Policies & Procedures.
    (3) Should have the ability to interact with all levels of employees with a positive attitude towards service

    Minimum Experience: 3-5 years
