    - Vendor Development, prepare of Enquiry.
    - Preparation of Technical Evolution Report.

    - Negotiation with Party and Placement of Purchase Order / Work Order.
    - Follow-up with supplier for Delivery / Rejection / Shortage.
    - Preparation of monthly Procurement Report.
    - Preparation of all types of Purchase Order on ERP Programming System.
    - Daily reporting of Purchase Activities to Dy.Manager & Vice President ( Comml.)
    - To co-ordinate with Technical dept. for requirement of Raw Materials/Auxi. Chemcial/Packing Materials/Industrial Gases.
    - To co-ordinate with Account department for bill passing.& accounting process.
    - Annual Rate Contract with Civil work related vendors/Safety &Admin items’s vendors .
    - This position is key to assisting in the accomplishment of cost reductions and a key to controlling the higher costs, material purchases, and Services.
    - Management of cost effective procurement of indigenous Raw Materials, Packing Materials & Fuels worth approx INR 4.0 Crores / Month
    - Raw Materials & Packing Materials planning considering the lead time & consumption pattern, Forecasting.
    - Planning the Raw Material procurement for Pilot Production / EPO ( Experimental Process Operation ) at plant Scale.for Clorination Plant /ETP Plant etc.
    - To maintain the Minimum / Maximum stock of Raw Materials / Packing Materials & Technical consumables.
    - To keep the pricing track ( i.e. Indigenous as well the International ) of high value materials to plan purchases in such a way to have the pricing benefits.
    - Monthly presentation of MIS
    - Attending breakdown on priority basis& arranging all required parts.
    - Carrying out preventive maintenance as per schedule & additional jobs.
    - Maintaining spare in store & monitoring it .
