KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Communication with overseas suppliers.
- Liaison with production team in sourcing end to ensure delivery of goods on time without any complaints.
- Continuously using the tool of www ( world wide web ) technology to Identify the potential suppliers to introduce new suppliers .

- Insist supplier to send the copy of shipping documents prior to cargo arrival and scrutinize the details of ( Total Gross & Net weight, Description, Shipping Marks,No. of Bags and details of consignee as per the conditions mentioned in L/C ( or ) Purchase order to avoid the last minute confusion and demurrage amount.
- Insist vendors to book the containers with reputed shipping companies, which will easy to do the formalities to switch the B/L immediately.
- Coordinating commercial Activities with Forwarders-To Get the Connectivity of Cargo Air or Sea with Logistics (Based on Volume & Weight)
- Coordinating with CHA about clearance (i.e. Dutiable / Non Dutiable Goods) to Reach materials to Factory.
- Continuous follow-up with C & F agent to file the Import bill earlier in customs.

- Prior instructions to factory to reserve the space in warehouse to unload the
material of import cargo.
- Study of Price Comparison with Forwarders and give the Suggestion to Management to nominate the Forwarders to achieve the Fastest Movement of Cargo with Competitive Rates.
- Verifying the checklist sent by CHA to clear the goods immediately.
