Job Description
A decade old kolkata base boutique dealing in ethenic dresses & dress materials required M/F fashion designer for their production for various franchisees located all over India &export.
Designer is responsible for creating and executing original design concepts to formulate seasonal concepts that fit the current market demographics.
Design products from concept through completion with a focus on function, quality and creativity.
Begins to contribute to seasonal trends, themes, colors and styling.
Helps develop fabrics that are new, current and aesthetically appropriate for the brand, while adhering to production and costing requirements.
Responsible for following through handloom, strike off, lab dip approval, etc.
Must produce a complete technical spec package for every designed garment.

Desired Candidate Profile
Must have 3 to 5 years of design Experience in any company.
diploma or degree in Fashion Apparel Design from any institution.
Can design, recreate, manipulate and recolor prints using Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator.
Complete Knowledge of tech packs and garment construction.
Team Player, highly organized and self - motivated, excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
High level of efficiency & creativity, problem solving, analytical ability.
