Job Description
--Acquisition of franchisees for Prestige Smart Kitchen program in the identified towns make cold calls and locate franchisees
--Handle the whole process from franchisee acquisition to start up
--Monitoring the performance of the franchisees on parameters like Transaction value, Loyalty program enrolment & redemption etc
--Conceptualizing and implementing marketing programs to make the franchisee successful
--Exploring marketing tie ups to provide additional benefits to the PSK customer
--Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Marketing or equivalent.
--Required skill(s): RETAIL, FRANCHISEE ACQUISITION, NEGOTIATIONS SKILL.
--Preferred skill(s): COMMUNICATION.
--At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
--Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
--Full-Time positions available.
--Applicants should be Indian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Desired Candidate Profile
1 -- 5 years in Sales and preferable in Franchisee/Retail business.
MBA--s from smaller institutes with lesser experience looking for challenging opportunities are also preferred.
