Key Responsibilities & Job Description:

[LIST][*]Training the Students and first time job seekers in Business Communication, Workplace behavior, Soft Skills & English language in grammatical and phonetic accuracy.[*]Mentor and impart training to make professionals employable by improving their soft skills.[*]Implement theories of Adult Learning training, faculty, behavioral training, soft skills training, English language training.[*]Create a pre course assessment according to the training needs of the trainees.[*]Continuous Skill Assessment of the students in the area of communication. [*]Customize feedback patterns on the basis of training needs.[*]Monitor and map the trainee's learning curve during the progress of the course. [*]Give inputs for designing and developing content.[*]Recognize training needs and deliver content accordingly. [*]Innovate and recreate the content without losing its essential features. [*]Create remedial modules for the trainees to ensure efficiency.[/LIST]
Required Profile
 Experience : 4-10 years
Education : Graduate / post Graduate in English Language / Humanities

Skills and Exposure:

[LIST][*]Proven track record in language training.[*]Good Understanding of the theories of adult Learning.[*]Should be working as faculty/ trainer / lecturer /professor in an educational institution.[*]Exposure in behavioral/ soft skill training will be an advantage.[*]English Language Teaching experience for at least 12 month.[*]Should have been exposed to conduct training for multiple batch in same day.[/LIST]
Growth path: People joining as trainer can grow into Senior Trainers, Training managers, Content managers.
