- I was also preparing MIS of month and weakly and yearly bases of total purchases and total consumption of material used.
- After on wards we were working with ERP-2009-2010 for purchase invoices and all the expenses of salary and posting and finalizing and telephone bill posting and finalizing with service tax and audit of same also.
- Working with excel to prepaid the statement of expenses and MIS and with formulas for monthly and yearly sales and consumption of material used.
- I was also preparing Bank Reconciliation and also reconciliation of bank statement with firms bank/cash statement.
- We were also finalizing the salary statement which were prepaid by over H.R. Dept and co-coordinating with bank to furthered process to post the salary of employees with in time period and also prepaid cheque of salary to post to bank . and also reconciliation the same with statement of bank and if any error in salary of any employees we were also resolver the same and finalized the salary of employees .
