Job Title : Business Development Manager

Location : Bangalore

Job Description : The candidate will handle business development activities in various Indian cities, US and UKfor our PPO, IP Consulting and Legal Services verticals. This will include lead generation, follow-up sales activities, proposal and marketing collateral preparation, attending networking events, etc.

Qualifications and skills required :

* MBA in Marketing. Added qualification in Technology/Science/Law preferred
* Minimum 2 years experience as business development manager/ Client Executive/ Engagement manager in BPO/LPO/KPO or IT industry.
* Excellent communication skills, negotiating skills, familiarity with UK and US accents.

- Was also control Cost , Shrinkage & Pilferages through better manpower
Management.
- Analysing Sales Data and making strategies for coming weeks and months
to achieve store target.
- Developing store catchments through Promotions, Home delivery, Loyalty card benefits and better customer service.
- Taking care of all four Departments- SUPERMARKET, APPAREL, AGRICULTURE, & HOME APPLIANCES.
