Position : Head - Process Design

Objective:

* To handle LSS / LSTK projects in process engineering.
* Ability to work on his own on process deliverables.
* Ability to support other young process engineers in design.
* To function as Head - Process Design on day to day activities and prebid engg in tendors.

CRITERIA:

* B.Tech / M.Tech in Chemical engineering from reputed university.
* 20 - 25 years experience in process design and engg.
* Major portion of his career should be from reputed design engg companies like EIL / UHDE / Valdel / L&T chiyoda / Bechtel etc. Minor portion in technical services cum operation in operating companies like petrochemical / refinery / fertilizer may be acceptable but then the design experience in design company shall be minimum 15 years.
* Experience in Conceptual engg/ DESIGN BASIS / FEED / Basic engg / Detailed engg design and deliverables like PFD / Material balance / PID / hydraulics calculations of pump, control valves ,relief valves etc / equipment design and data sheet / Instrument and control datasheet and cause effect diagram / offsite and utility study, flow diagram and summary / power calculations and summary / flare load study and networking / thermal design / plant modification and revamp studies /vendor document reviews / review of piping documents and layout / safety engg / knowledge on commissioning and operation manual preparation./ effluent treatment philosophy / HAZOP / SIL/Hips Study/technical bid tabulation for process systems.
* Skill in process software like HYSIS or ASPEN or PRO II / HTRI / PIPENET / FLARENET./ SMARTPLANT
* Skill in coordinating with other departments / vendors / clients and out sourcing contractors etc.
* Managerial abilities in handling the department / resources management and motivating and contribution to addition of technical abilities in the process department.
* Experience in Oil Gas / Off shore / Refineries / Petrochemicals / Fertilizers sectors etc.
* Familiarity in International codes and standards.

With EASTERN ELECTROLYSER LIMITED: - As a Senior Design Assistant since 21 April 2008 to Till Date
(Project & Design) from June, 2000 to till date. Eastern Electrolyser is a joint Venture company of Stuart Energy System Canada. Eastern Electrolyser is in Hydrogen and Oxygen gas plant. Hydrogen is generated through electrolysis process in the Stuart Cell at the input of A.C power supply & Demineralized water. In Compression system gas is compressed up to the required pressure using Compressors and in the Purification system Purity is maintained as high as 99.999% with the use of Coalescing Filters Catalytic purifier, Desiccant Dryer & Ultra Purifier.

. My activity can be summarized as follows:

*Writing Specification for Piping & Fittings.
*Selection of Flange per ANSI B 16.5.
* Making P & I Standard and Isometric drawing mode
*GA drawings, Foundation drawing using AutoCAD 2010.
*Making Complete House Layout using AutoCAD 2010.
*Making Valve list for complete project.
*Planning to here manufacturing schedule and customization of complete
*Fabrication Drawing of Pressure Vessel and Tank and other part using Solid works Software2010.
*Selection of various material as per different IS standard and for different environment.
