JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Educational Qualification : Graduate / Post graduate
• Computer skills : Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel
• Work experience : At least 3-4 years of exposure in sales distribution with Automotive/Auto-component/ related industry
• Preferred age group: 25 – 27 years
• Work Location : Ahmedabad, Pune, Nagpur, Raipur, Delhi, Mumbai
• Reporting To : Branch Head
• Other: Good communication, presentation and analytical skills, channel sales and distribution, aggressive selling and negotiation skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Achieve Revenue/ Sales targets & realization of collection as per target
• Market Visit Plan and action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects
• Customer relations & service - handling all customer complaints regarding rejection, billing, payments etc. and resolving them
• Develop market & competition intelligence – related to prospective products, pricing, advertising and business promotion schemes
• Implementation of marketing plans for the region
• Network Expansion – identifying and acquiring potential dealers, distributors
• Responsible for maintaining MIS related to Sales, and Collections
• Review inventory status (slow movers), Dealer wise Outstanding Ageing Review, Pending Order Status
• Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding performance of the branch and staff
